Terms of Service

LH Sport Performance helps athletes and families organize and send professional recruiting outreach to college coaching staff. We help build recruiting profiles, plan outreach, and — when a user connects and authorizes an email account — send outreach on the user’s behalf.

• Access is currently by invitation only; there is no public self-registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Where a student-athlete is a minor, a parent, guardian, or designated advisor must authorize use of the Service on their behalf.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. You will not:

• Send spam, deceptive, harassing, or misleading messages, or misrepresent an athlete's identity or credentials.
• Use the Service to violate anti-spam laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act) or any applicable recruiting rules or institutional policies.
• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content of outreach sent through your connected account and for complying with all rules that apply to your recruiting activity, including those of the NCAA, NAIA, junior colleges, and individual institutions.

When you connect a Gmail account, you authorize the Service to send outreach messages on your behalf. We use only send permission and do not read your inbox — see our Google Data Use page. You can disconnect the account at any time. You remain responsible for messages sent from your account through the Service.

The Service is a communication and organization tool. We do not guarantee coach responses, scholarship offers, roster spots, admissions, or any specific recruiting outcome. College recruiting depends on many factors outside our control.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by LH Sport Performance and its licensors. You retain ownership of the athlete and client data you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

The Service is provided during an active development and beta period. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LH Sport Performance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or recruiting opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
