   We collect measurables, stats, academics, video, and schedule links, and build a recruiting profile that presents the athlete credibly.

   Target Schools & Coaches

   Together we choose divisions, states, and school types. Our coach database matches the right staff roles for the athlete's position — a pitcher's plan targets pitching coaches and recruiting coordinators, not random inboxes.

   Outreach Plan

   You see the full plan before anything happens: which schools, which coaches, what the emails say, and the sending schedule.

   Client Review

   Nothing is sent without sign-off from the right person — the athlete, a parent or guardian, or a designated advisor, depending on the engagement. You stay in control.

   Scheduled Outreach

   Emails go out steadily during business hours — a few per day, personalized per coach. This pace protects the athlete's reputation and gets read.

   Reply Tracking

   Coach responses are tracked in one place. When a coach replies, scheduled follow-ups to that coach stop automatically and we coordinate next steps.

   Progress Report

   Regular reports show schools contacted, response activity, and what happens next — no black box.
