Recruiting outcomes depend on talent, timing, academics, and fit — most of which no service controls. What we can be held to is the quality of the work. Here is how we measure it, and what we will and won’t claim.
How we measure the work
Organized outreach
The right coaches contacted, at the right programs, at a professional pace — with duplicate-send protection and daily limits so your name is never blasted across inboxes.
Personalization quality
Every email reads like the athlete wrote it, tailored per school. We hold the writing to the standard a coach would expect from a serious recruit — not a mass mailer.
Family visibility
Parents and athletes can see the plan before it runs and the status after: who was contacted, what was sent, and where each conversation stands.
Replies recorded
The platform is designed to detect reply status through Gmail metadata, and replies can also be recorded by you — so follow-ups to a coach stop once a reply is detected or recorded.
What we won’t claim
We publish no success statistics until we can verify them — and no honest recruiting service guarantees outcomes.
You won’t find invented response rates, borrowed testimonials, or promises of exposure, replies, offers, or roster spots on this page. When we have results we can stand behind and share with permission, we’ll show them here — plainly, and only then.
