Frequently Asked Questions

Do the emails come from the athlete?

Yes. Outreach is written in the athlete's voice and, once Gmail connection is enabled, sends from the athlete's own email address. Coaches hear from the athlete — we handle the organization behind it.

Do parents have to give us their Gmail password?

Never. Gmail is connected through Google's official sign-in (OAuth). You approve limited access on Google's own screen, we never see the password, and you can disconnect at any time.

Can the parent see what is sent?

Yes — everything. The client portal shows every school targeted, every email scheduled and sent, and every coach response. Outreach plans are approved by the family before sending begins.

Can outreach be paused?

Yes, at any time. Follow-ups to an individual coach also pause automatically the moment that coach replies.

What divisions do you support?

NCAA D1, NCAA D2, NCAA D3, NAIA, NJCAA D1, NJCAA D2, NJCAA D3, CCCAA, NWAC, and USCAA. Junior college is not one level — we target each JUCO division distinctly.

What sports are supported?

Baseball today. Additional sports (softball first) are on the roadmap, and the platform is built to expand.

Is this guaranteed to get an offer?

No — and you should walk away from anyone who says yes. Organized outreach improves visibility, coverage, and follow-through. Offers depend on talent, fit, timing, and roster needs.

How do you avoid spammy outreach?

Every email is personalized to one coach at one program, volume is deliberately low (a handful per day per athlete), coach roles are matched to the athlete's position, shared program inboxes are contacted at most once per campaign, and do-not-contact requests are honored permanently.

Can we add more coaches later?

Yes. Target lists can be expanded at any point — additional schools, states, or divisions can be added as the recruiting picture develops.
