Frequently asked questions
The questions families actually ask — answered plainly.
Who is this for?
Baseball athletes who want to run real, organized coach outreach — high school players, JUCO transfers, four-year transfers, and grad or final-year transfers — plus the parents and families managing the process with them. If that’s you, see who the platform is for.
Do you guarantee results?
No — and you should walk away from anyone who says yes. Offers depend on talent, fit, timing, and roster needs. What we provide is an organized, personal, professional outreach process, with everything visible to your family. That’s what an honest service can promise, and it’s all we promise.
Who stays in control?
You do — at every step. You choose the target schools, you approve every email word for word, and a campaign only launches after you deliberately confirm it. Nothing sends automatically, and nothing sends from simply visiting a page.
How does the Gmail connection work?
You connect your own Gmail through Google’s official sign-in (OAuth). You never share your password — you approve limited access on Google’s own screen, and you can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings. During private beta, Google may show an “unverified app” notice on that screen; that’s a standard part of Google’s review process for newer apps and the connection itself works the same way. Emails send from your address, and coach replies arrive in your Gmail.
Does the platform read my inbox?
No. The platform reads delivery and reply metadata only — enough to know that a message was delivered or that a coach replied — never the contents of your inbox or the bodies of your messages.
Can I edit the AI drafts?
Always. The Email Writing Studio generates options and refinements, but nothing is applied automatically — you accept, reject, or rewrite anything it suggests, and nothing sends without your approval. The final email is yours, in your voice.
Are all profile fields required?
No. You can start with the basics and build the profile out over time. The platform shows you what’s complete and what would strengthen your profile, but it never blocks you from starting because a field is empty.
How does targeting work?
You choose states and divisions, and the platform matches coaches from a database of 7,000+ college coach contacts — filtered by division, state, and staff role. Coverage spans NCAA D1, D2, and D3, NAIA, NJCAA D1, D2, and D3, CCCAA, NWAC, and USCAA — each level targeted distinctly, because junior college isn’t one level.
What does “private beta” mean?
We’re onboarding a small number of athletes at a time, working closely with each family. You get direct, personal support and a real say in how the product evolves; we get to keep quality high while the platform matures. It also means some rough edges — like the Google “unverified app” notice above — that we’re actively working through.
How do I request access?
Apply for the beta and tell us about the athlete. We read every application and reply personally — there’s no obligation on either side.
