Full contact access lives inside the platform and is protected — coach information is there to power your campaigns, not to be scraped or resold.
Your Gmail, your control
You connect your own Gmail through Google’s official sign-in — no password shared, ever. Emails send from your address and replies arrive in your inbox, so coaches build a relationship with you, not with a middleman.
The platform reads delivery and reply metadata only — never the contents of your inbox. Nothing sends from a page visit, and you can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings.
Campaign readiness & safety rails
Before a single email goes out, the platform checks that the campaign is actually ready — and once it’s running, hard limits keep the outreach professional.
A campaign never starts by accident. You review the full plan — every coach, every email — and confirm the launch yourself.
Up to 20 emails per day per athlete, sent weekdays between 9am and 4pm Eastern — the rhythm of a serious correspondent, not a blast.
Duplicate-recipient prevention means no coach ever gets the same campaign twice.
Each athlete runs one active campaign, so every message gets the attention it deserves.
AI suggests; you decide. Nothing is applied automatically and nothing sends without your approval.
The platform is designed to detect reply status through Gmail metadata — follow-ups to a coach are stopped once a reply is detected or recorded.
