Data Deletion

If you have a connected Gmail account, you can disconnect it at any time from within the application. Disconnecting immediately revokes our stored authorization so no further email can be sent through that connection. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@lhsportsperformance.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

• The name and email address associated with your account or athlete profile.
• Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only a connected Gmail authorization removed.

• Your account and authentication record.
• Athlete and client profile information you provided.
• Any connected Gmail authorization, including the encrypted OAuth token.
• Stored Gmail reply-detection metadata (message and thread identifiers and routing headers) associated with your connection, subject to the retention note below.
• Outreach plans and operational records associated with your account.

Because we never read or store the contents (bodies) of your emails, there is no message content for us to delete — reply-detection records contain identifiers and routing headers only.

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Disconnecting Gmail immediately stops sending and reply monitoring; stored Gmail metadata is deleted or de-identified on request, except where a limited record must be retained for legitimate audit, safety, or legal purposes (for example, evidence that outreach to a coach was stopped after a reply, or do-not-contact history). Such retained records are minimized to identifiers and are deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
