Data Deletion

You can ask LH Sport Performance to delete your data at any time, including any connected Gmail account and its encrypted authorization token. This page explains how to request deletion and what to expect.
Disconnect Gmail yourself (immediate)
If you have a connected Gmail account, you can disconnect it at any time from within the application. Disconnecting immediately revokes our stored authorization so no further email can be sent through that connection. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.
Request full deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@lhsportsperformance.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your account or athlete profile.
- Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only a connected Gmail authorization removed.
What we delete
- Your account and authentication record.
- Athlete and client profile information you provided.
- Any connected Gmail authorization, including the encrypted OAuth token.
- Outreach plans and operational records associated with your account.
Because we never read or store the contents of your Gmail inbox, there is no mailbox content for us to delete.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes; when that is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.
