Done-For-You College Baseball Recruiting

Take the Guesswork Out of College Baseball Recruiting.

Your athlete focuses on playing. We build and manage the recruiting process — target schools, coach outreach, follow-ups, and organization — around where he can realistically compete.

  • 100–150 best-fit programs, chosen specifically for your athlete
  • Personalized outreach from his own Gmail — written in his voice
  • About 10 athletes per graduating class, personally managed

The Part Nobody Prepares Parents For

You Don’t Need to Become a Recruiting Expert.

Most families are handed a camp schedule and a highlight video and left to figure out the rest. The questions pile up fast:

  • Which schools should we contact?
  • Is he actually a fit for that level?
  • Who are the right coaches?
  • What should the email say?
  • When should he follow up?
  • Did that coach ever respond?
  • Are we contacting enough schools?
  • Are we starting too late?

We organize that process for you.

How It Works

A Recruiting Campaign Built Around Your Athlete.

01

Build the recruiting profile

Organize the information coaches actually need — measurables, academics, video, and schedule — into one clean recruiting profile.

02

Identify best-fit programs

Select approximately 100–150 programs based on the athlete's profile, geography, academics, playing level, and recruiting goals — drawn from a database of 7,000+ college coaches and program contacts.

03

Reach coaches personally

Write personalized outreach in the athlete's own voice and send it from his Gmail — not from a mass recruiting platform.

04

Manage the follow-up

Track outreach, follow-ups, and responses so the family isn't living inside spreadsheets and inboxes.

Why It Works

It Should Look Like Your Son Is Running His Recruiting — Because That’s Who Coaches Hear From.

Many recruiting systems route messages through a platform. LH Sport Performance manages the process behind the scenes while outreach goes through the athlete’s own Gmail — personal, natural, and organized, with the athlete as the visible sender instead of a generic blast system.

The communication stays between the athlete and the coach.

Why I Built This

I Built the Recruiting System I Wish I Had.

Coming out of high school, I wasn’t a nationally known prospect with coaches constantly calling. I was a normal kid throwing around 87 mph, trying to figure out where I fit and how to get in front of the right people.

I went the junior-college route at Owens Community College. I kept developing, eventually touched 97 mph, transferred to D2 Ashland University, and began getting professional baseball looks.

But while I was at junior college, I kept thinking about how difficult the recruiting process was when you didn’t already have the right network or a clear system.

Which schools should I contact? Who are the coaches? What should I send them? How often should I follow up? How do I keep track of all of it?

So I started building the system I wish I had coming out of high school.

Today, that system has grown into a structured recruiting process that helps athletes identify realistic programs, reach coaches directly, stay consistent with follow-up, and keep the entire process organized.

The goal is simple: give players access to the recruiting process I wish I had.

— Cameron

What started as a way to make my own recruiting easier became a system built around thousands of college coach and program contacts.

Today, LH Sport Performance works from a database of 7,000+ college coach and program contacts to identify the right programs for each athlete. The database is the search universe — every campaign then targets approximately 100–150 best-fit programs chosen specifically for him. Nobody blasts thousands of coaches.

Honest Fit, Not Hype

The Goal Isn’t to Tell Every Player He’s D1.

It’s to build the right list.

Targeting programs where an athlete can realistically play and develop beats chasing logos. Every target list is built from an honest assessment of:

  • Playing level
  • Academic fit
  • Geography
  • Roster needs where known
  • School preference
  • Recruiting timing

Parent FAQ

Straight Answers for Parents.

Is this a recruiting platform?

No. LH Sport Performance manages the campaign for the athlete rather than giving the family another dashboard and expecting them to run recruiting themselves.

Do you guarantee scholarships or offers?

No. Recruiting outcomes depend on the athlete, coaches, roster needs, academics, timing, and many other factors. The service is the recruiting process and campaign management.

What level of player is this for?

Players pursuing legitimate college baseball opportunities across appropriate levels. Fit is assessed honestly before building the campaign.

Who sends the emails?

Outreach is sent through the athlete's connected Gmail and written to sound like the athlete — not like generic agency marketing.

How long does the campaign run?

Approximately four months.

How many schools do you contact?

Typically around 100–150 best-fit programs, depending on the athlete.

Who manages the campaign?

Cameron personally oversees the campaign. Athlete count per graduating class is intentionally limited so that stays true.

What happens after a coach responds?

The response is organized and surfaced so the athlete and family can continue the conversation with the coach directly.
